SMS Consent

This page explains how Noted obtains consent for transactional reminder text messages. SMS consent is optional and separate from accepting our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

By checking the optional SMS consent box, you agree to receive transactional reminder text messages from Noted, operated by StayDirect Technologies LLC, about your saved gift occasions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No marketing or promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

How you opt in

  1. Create a Noted account with a US mobile phone number.
  2. Verify that phone number using the one-time code we send you.
  3. Review the optional, unchecked SMS-reminder consent checkbox.
  4. Check the SMS consent box and submit the signup form.
  5. Reply YES to the confirmation text from Noted.

Reminder messaging remains disabled until both the checkbox and the reply are completed.

What messages you receive

Noted sends transactional messages related to your saved reminders, including consent confirmations, clarifying questions, occasion reminders, delivery-related notices, and a secure dashboard link. A reminder may include one curated gift suggestion based on information you saved.

Noted does not send marketing messages, promotions, upsells, or product announcements by SMS.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on the occasions and reminders you save. The default is one reminder seven days before each occasion; additional service messages may be sent when you opt in, reply, or manage your account. Message and data rates may apply.

Managing messages

  • Reply STOP to stop reminder texts.
  • Reply HELP for help.
  • Reply START to begin the reactivation process; Noted will ask you to confirm again with YES.
  • You can manage or delete reminders from the Noted dashboard.

Information and support

Noted stores your phone number, consent records, and message content as described in the Privacy Policy. Messaging is delivered through Twilio and other service providers described in that policy.
