Terms & Conditions

• You must provide a valid phone number and email address to register.
• Your phone number is your identity on the Service — it must be accurate and belong to you.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4.1 Free Plan

The free plan is limited in the number of people you can track and the features available. Limits are stated in the application and may change with notice.

4.2 Paid Plans (Monthly and Annual)

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the stated interval until you cancel.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued unless required by applicable law.

4.4 Price Changes

We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Send abusive, harassing, or threatening messages through the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to collect information about other people without their knowledge in ways that violate applicable privacy laws
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations without prior notice.

You retain ownership of the clues and messages you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store it for the purpose of providing the Service — including passing it to AI providers to generate recommendations.

You are responsible for ensuring the content you submit does not violate the rights of others.

Gift recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, appropriateness, or availability of any recommendation
• That recommendations will match the preferences of the intended recipient
• Any specific outcome from acting on a recommendation

You use AI-generated recommendations at your own discretion.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StayDirect Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Tennessee. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
